Newman  Commercial, Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants, have recently completed four major office lettings within Colchester, two within the town centre and two at Colchester Business Park totalling 35,000 sq. ft.

The largest letting of 12,750 sq. ft at Aspen House on Severalls Park was to the North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group, who have relocated from offices adjoining Colchester General Hospital.

Secondly national insurance company, iGO4, have relocated to Wellington House in Butt Road, taking nearly 10,000 sq. ft.

A prestige detached office building of 6,345 sq. ft at Charter Court, Severalls Park, has been let to rapidly expanding local company Cloud FM and a Grade II listed period building in West Stockwell Street totalling 5,750 sq. ft has been let to well established local chartered accountants, Whittles.
